Cancellation Policy

Community Class Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Purpose Our individual community classes have limited space. To ensure that all members have a fair opportunity to participate, we require timely cancellations when you are unable to attend. This policy helps us maximize availability and serve our community responsibly. 2. Booking a Class Classes must be booked in advance through our official booking system. A booking is considered confirmed once it appears in your account. Members are responsible for managing their own bookings. Please only reserve a space if you fully intend to attend. 3. Cancellation Requirement If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations must be completed through the booking system. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class start time are considered a late cancellation. Failure to attend without canceling is considered a no show. This 2 hour window allows other members on the waitlist time to adjust their plans and attend. 4. Late Cancellations and No Shows While we do not charge cancellation or no show fees, repeated late cancellations or no shows impact the entire community. To ensure fairness: Late cancellations and no shows are tracked. Repeated occurrences may result in: A reminder notice. Temporary booking restrictions. Removal of advance booking privileges. Continued patterns of misuse may result in membership review. Our goal is not to penalize members, but to ensure responsible use of limited class spaces. 5. Waitlist Policy When a class is full, members may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, members will be notified automatically. Members who are added from the waitlist are still responsible for canceling at least 2 hours before class start time. 6. Member Responsibility By booking a class, you agree to: Attend as scheduled. Cancel at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Respect other members by not holding spots you cannot use. Our community works best when everyone participates responsibly. 7. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update this policy as needed to maintain fair access and operational efficiency.
