With the Holidays approaching, take Christmas pictures off your list with our mini sessions. Limited availability for Santa Sessions. Package Details Below: Santa Only: 10 mins; 1 pose; 3 edited images Merry Mini: 15 mins; 2 poses; 5 edited images Christmas Keepsake: 20 mins; 2 poses; 8 edited images Santa Add On: adds 10 additional minutes to session time Included In Every Package: Up to 5 photo participants, with up to 3 additional participants allowed as add ons. Private online gallery to select and download photos High resolution images and permission to print for personal use Basic editing for lighting, color and minor blemishes Edited images delivered within seven(7) days of selection
Cancellation Policy
Christmas Mini Session Policies We’re excited to welcome your family to Community Co. for Christmas Minis. Please review the following policies before booking. Booking & Payment Your session is reserved once payment is completed. All Christmas Mini purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes of plans. Arrival & Session Time Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your photography time and the number of final images. If you miss your session window, your booking is forfeited and will not be refunded. Rescheduling If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. When availability allows, we may offer another Christmas Mini time. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and bookings cannot be transferred to another event or service without approval. Illness If someone in your household is actively sick, has a fever, or may be contagious, please contact us. We will do our best to offer another available time, but alternate appointments are not guaranteed. Children & Participation Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children during the session. We will work patiently with your family, but specific poses, smiles, expressions, or participation cannot be guaranteed. Photography & Images The photographer maintains creative discretion over posing, lighting, composition, editing, and final image selection. Not every image taken will be delivered. RAW or unedited images are not included. Final images will be delivered digitally according to the timeline provided in your booking details. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their images. Personal Use Final images may be printed, shared with family, used for holiday cards, and posted on personal social media. Commercial use is not permitted without written permission. Studio Care Families are responsible for treating studio furniture, props, décor, and equipment with care. Clients may be responsible for damage beyond normal use. Studio or Photographer Cancellation If Community Co. or the photographer must cancel and cannot provide a replacement session, your session payment will be refunded.
